Entrée: Shared Hobson’s Platter (chilli squid, vegetarian spring rolls, meat balls)

Choice of either:

  • Crispy skin Tasmanian Atlantic salmon on a sweet potato puree, julienne vegetable salad, fried leek with remoulade sauce GF
  • Porterhouse on Mash with mushroom sauce or Jus
  • Vegetarian curry with rice,raita,garden salad & roti bread
  • Beef & Guinness pie with chips & salad

Canapés: 1 serve of each canapé (choice of 3) per person from the following:

  • Smoked salmon Blini’s(mini pancakes) with dill crème fraiche
  • Roast pumpkin, capsicum & fetta frittata with tomato jam
  • Mushroom Aranchini balls with basil aioli
  • Tomato basil bocconcini mini bruschetta
  • Moroccan with charmoula meat balls

Mains

Choice of one of the following:

  • Tasmanian Atlantic salmon crispy skin with Asian greens saffron rice & soy sesame ginger dressing
  • Char grilled eye fillets with mash potato green beans & peperonata sauce
  • Roast pumpkin & tomato tart with fetta cheese & salsa verde

Desserts

Choice of either:

  • Chocolate macadamia brownie with strawberry compot
  • Mini pavalova with frangelico cream & hazelnuts
  • Mango & vanilla bean panna cotta with almond tuile
